Emotion In Motion
We will be combining traditional talk therapy with the modality of movement. This is a great exploration of self in the somatic physical way. Do you sometimes stuck in the workings of talk therapy, or have a desire to go deeper? The group with crafted to tailor to the needs and workings of those registered. Each session will include movement AND talking. There will be music for much of the movement portion. No dancing or movement knowledge required. Please wear comfortable clothes.
