I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is extremely passionate about working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, emotion regulation, divorce, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, addiction, suicidal ideation, ADHD, as well as school or work-related issues.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach which consists of Existential Humanistic therapy, Person-Centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotion Focused therapy, Play therapy, Motivational Interviewing, as well as Mindfulness and Narrative therapy techniques.
