My aim is to support you in reconnecting with what truly matters to you on your healing journey.
Over the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of serving parents, youth, and families in the Portland Metro area through my work in juvenile justice, education, and with survivors of domestic violence. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, immigration, and intergenerational trauma.
I use a diverse range of techniques, including CBT, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, strength-based and trauma-focused approaches, as well as culturally responsive therapies. I prefer to work from an integrative perspective, as no single theory can fully address the wide variety of human experiences.
