I am a psychotherapist who enjoy lighting the path for others. I am also a certified professional grief counselor. I believe people are the authority over their own life but sometimes need someone objective to help them look from the outside in. Coupled with my clinical expertise, and ability to emotionally connect to others, I often recognize others’ feelings and intuitively understand where these sentiments come from. As a result, I often know what to say to help find solutions that address the individuals’ concerns.
Because everyone is unique, no one approach is always the answer to addressing mental or emotional health issues. I am trained in several modalities and skilled at identifying and individualizing my approach.
