I am passionate about helping people minimize current concerns and feel empowered to overcome challenges in the future. I enjoy working with children, teenagers, and young adults, as well as integrating parent and family involvement. My services address depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, interpersonal conflict, and life transitions. I believe in creating a strong therapeutic relationship to provide the best support for individuals and their families.
I pull from a variety of techniques to create an individualized treatment approach. I often apply skills training to assist with adaptive coping mechanisms, interpersonal relationships, executive functioning, and self-esteem. I create space for emotional exploration and processing, sometimes utilizing play, art, and movement.
I recognize the difficulty of managing health, work, school, and a social life. I aim to create a safe space where we can work as a team to take on whatever challenges you face. Starting therapy can be intimidating, but I strive to make that process as comfortable as possible. Please reach out if you have any questions.
