We all experience times in our lives where we lose our way, feel sad or confused, and need help regaining our footing. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, confidential space where together we can work through your concerns and challenges at a pace that is comfortable for you. I have experience working with diverse cultures and people of all ages.
I have helped people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD and grief. Because I do not accept insurance, I am able to focus on a person's symptoms rather than be forced to label them with a diagnosis.
I utilize a combination of mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Belief Systems Analysis to help my clients identify and clarify their issues, process their emotions in a safe and confidential environment, and identify effective strategies that they can apply to their lives on an on-going basis.
