Sometimes life can be so beautiful, and sometimes it can seem daunting, scary, and overwhelming. I am here to walk on one’s journey with him/her/them to help make sense of this crazy and complicated thing we call life. I believe that no problem is too big when one views the person behind the suffering. My background is as diverse as the people I like to help: I’ve worked in fast-paced community outpatient clinics, schools, and private settings. Each case is different and handled in a unique way.
I use a combination of psycho dynamic and evidence based approaches. I have experience in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, chronic illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes, among other diagnoses. I’ve created and facilitated workshops for teachers, parents, and colleagues alike.
