Please reach out for comprehensive ADHD services including assessment, psychotherapy, and medication. I also specialize in the treatment of family life transitions including pregnancy, career related stressors, and facing retirement. I offer a full range of outpatient treatment options for depression, anxiety, and alcohol use. If you are a couple struggling with conception, conflict, or growing apart, I offer couples counseling to assist. Because depression and anxiety occur in the context of developmental challenges including experiences of trauma these will surface in our work together. Please note I do not offer detoxification.
I specialize in psychodynamic psychotherapy meaning you will develop a deeper understanding for yourself, your perspectives, and what you can do in navigating difficulties and relationships. I offer medication for ADHD, depression, anxiety, and alcohol use but please note I do not prescribe benzodiazepines for the latter. I offer EMDR for trauma and grief.

I will suggest incorporating EMDR for troubling events that we identify together. If it seems that medication might be helpful we can explore this together.
