If you are an adult tired of struggling with depression, anxiety, possibly ADHD, or feelings about childhood trauma that just don't seem to get better, reach out to my practice for psychotherapy including coping tools, executive function skills, and possibly medication to help. I also work with couples towards relief from chronic conflict and a better understanding for why it has been so difficult to reconnect with earlier love and passion. You might also be worried about changes that come with growing a family, post partum depression or anxiety, and navigating parenthood, which I work with through a family therapist perspective.
I specialize in psychodynamic therapy meaning you will develop a deeper understanding for who you are, what drives your decisions, how you feel, and what you can do to really tackle those difficulties at work, home, and in relationships. I also offer medication for ADHD, depression, anxiety, and alcohol use, and EMDR for grief and traumatic experiences.
