For many individuals, especially people of color, navigating identities and experiences that may not be recognized or accepted by the dominant society can lead to feelings of shame and inadequacy. Together, we will work to celebrate these aspects of your identity and transform them into sources of strength and empowerment.
As a Latina therapist, my passion for mental health stems from a deep commitment to empowering individuals within my community. I understand the unique cultural challenges and societal pressures that can impact mental well-being.
