About
*** MY PRACTICE IS CURRENTLY FULL. Unable to take new patients until June 2022*** I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has worked for over 30 years as a therapist and school consultant. My goal is to help individuals gain greater understanding of the challenges they face; identify the changes they want to make; develop the confidence to make those changes, and learn the skills necessary to do so. I have consulted regularly within schools to help school personnel support students and design strong policy and protocol; and to parents to help them manage the formidable challenges of parenting teens and young adults.
My training began at McLean Hospital in Belmont, Ma. From there I went to Phillips Academy in Andover, Mass., serving as Director of Counseling, helping adolescents and young adults work through identity issues, manage stress, develop confidence, learn coping strategies and ready themselves to be launched into a healthy adulthood.
I work with all ages, from adolescence through adulthood, and offer a safe, caring, supportive environment within which to talk about one's challenges and embark on a path forward. Please feel free to call or email me so we can find out if I can be helpful
