I strongly believe in a mind-body approach and lots of psychoeducation.
I have been a practicing Marriage and Family Therapist for 15 years. My niche is relational counseling, which include's a healthy loving relationship with self as much as with others. Sub-niches within relationship work are developmental trauma, C-PTSD, emotional neglect, codependency, gifted and talented, artists, and entrepreneurs.
