My approach to counseling is warm, curious, and intuitive. As an art therapist, I often weave elements of creative expression - such as drawing, painting, writing, movement, tarot, and music - into my therapeutic work as a supplement to talk therapy in order to open new avenues of communication and promote fresh insight towards deep-rooted pain points.
I believe that we each have the innate capacity and resilience to thrive after adversity - sometimes we just need a helping hand!
