I have an expertise in Infant Mental Health, which focuses on 0-6 year old development, family dynamics, parenting, Attachment, and generational trauma. I am a certified Circle of Security Parenting® program facilitator for 8-week individual or group support. I also have experience with PTSD, ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, postpartum and more.
I am personable, curious, and relaxed, with some tough love compassion when needed! I am creative in finding the approach and strategies that work best for you based on the variety of therapeutic modalities I can utilize. We can move, create, and interact however you are able to express yourself most comfortably. This time is for you, however you need it.

Circle of Security Parenting Program
This 8-week group program (or individual if needed) is designed to help biological parents, guardians, foster parents, and caregivers with the following: understand a child’s emotional world, support a child’s ability to manage emotions, enhance the development of a child’s self esteem, and honor the innate wisdom and desire for a child to be secure. While the material focuses on toddler and preschool age, The Circle can be applied to the caregiver-child relationship at any point in the child’s lifespan. This program will be offered virtually for the time being.
