This dynamic experience of collective healing for Women or Womyn-identified folks explores liberating old myths and healing moments of trauma. Offered in a workshop style, this group discusses stages of healing--while each member defines what healing means to them. We work with literature/music/art as we re-write, create and interact with our own stories. We will also practice healing visualizations/somatic practices and explore different healing tools.
