I am a queer, Jewish therapist and my practice is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ folks, those in non-monogamous relationships, and those who want to explore gender and sexual identity. I primarily specialize in OCD, trauma recovery, disordered eating, and I also see clients with anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about helping parents understand and interpret their children’s and teens' behavior. I use Exposure and Response Prevention, DBT skills, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in my practice and tailor my approach to each individual.

Mental health is as important as physical health! I am passionate about working with those experiencing post-traumatic stress, OCD, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and difficulties in relationships (familial and otherwise). I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client, grounding my practice in evidence-based interventions.
