You deserve to feel happy and have a sense of purpose. I have worked with clients moving through a variety of issues for over 13 years. I've worked closely with individuals to clarify goals for client's to grow into their best-self. Communication and Social Skills are two areas of practice I have focused on for over 10 years. I have supported clients with special needs, medical issues, as well as people looking for general direction/advice around life issues.
I offer an eclectic approach that incorporates behavioral techniques to track client progress, and assure that we move together towards achieving SMART goals. I utilize expressive techniques, including art-making, on regular basis for those interested (all ability levels are encouraged), EMDR, as well as verbal/emotional counseling.
Therapy is an amazing way to begin self-care and truly move toward the life you want for yourself. Whether you need help identifying and expressing your feelings, or you need to work through life adjustments, I am here to help you get it figured out so you can feel happy and peaceful.
