I believe therapy should be a collaborative, empowering experience. I'm passionate about working with BIPOC/multiracial, LGBTQIA+, and/or neurodivergent (ADHD / Autism / AuDHD) individuals who value deep reflection and would like to co-create a vision for their healing. Past traumas and oppressive systems can impact our sense of self, belonging, agency, and safety. We can navigate these complexities together while also seeking out moments of joy!
My lived experience has been influenced by dual cultures and multiple overlapping identities. Growing up as a biracial child of an immigrant, I’m familiar with balancing multiple worlds while longing for a sense of place. This has deepened my appreciation for multicultural perspectives, challenging dominant Eurocentric ideologies, and the value of community.
My approach is strengths-based, trauma sensitive, anti-oppressive, neurodiversity-affirming, and LGBTQIA+ celebrating. I draw from various approaches to align with what works for you, including attachment theory, parts work, somatic therapy, and narrative therapy. You're welcome to get in touch here or via my website. I'd love to hear from you!
