Roots of Resilience is an 8-week therapeutic group (not psychotherapy) for those navigating ecological grief, climate anxiety, and disconnection from the natural world. Through grief ritual, meditation, nature connection, somatic movement, and storytelling, participants are guided through emotional integration, nervous system regulation, and ecological reconnection. Ideal for those seeking a grounded, supportive space to process eco-emotions, restore a sense of belonging, and cultivate embodied resilience in community.
