Hi! My name is Mai Yang, LCSW (she/her). I have over 7 years of experience providing counseling to students in the school setting. I've worked with children to teens. I have supported teens with depression and anxiety along with managing high stress from academic pressures. I also have 5 years of experience providing counseling to women and children who are survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I am also a military spouse and understand how to support clients with major life transitions.
I am a warm, caring, empathetic, and understanding therapist. Many of my previous clients feel like they do not have anyone to go to and feel alone and unheard but through working with me, they feel like someone was truly listening to them and cared for them.
