I specialize in supporting those impacted by immigrant trauma, navigating the second-generation immigrant experience, and exploring the unique dynamics of interracial relationships and parenting.

As a second-generation immigrant myself, I understand firsthand the challenges and complexities that immigrant families often face. I offer culturally sensitive therapy tailored to address family conflicts, identity struggles, discrimination, and trauma (direct and/or vicarious) related to migration.

My goal is to support you in building healthier relationships, fostering meaningful connections, learning new skills, and managing mental health challenges so you can increase your overall life satisfaction and well-being.
