Hello and welcome! As an Asian-American therapist, I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals with diverse intersecting identities and life experiences as they navigate their unique journeys toward self-discovery and healing.
Many of the clients I work with are deeply sensitive, thoughtful, and attuned, yet find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves in ways that can be difficult to name. The therapy space is an opportunity to slow down and gently explore the context of what feels heavy or conflicting within, while building the tools to move through life with greater clarity and acceptance.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational — I integrate a trauma-informed lens with attachment theory, EMDR, structural dissociation theory, and other evidence-based approaches to support individuals in gently exploring limiting beliefs, fostering deep emotional healing, and expanding a sense of steadiness within.
