My approach is warm, attuned, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through safe, supportive connection. My work integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I have completed formal training in EFT to support deeper relational healing for both individuals and couples.
