My name is Laurie Young and I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with all age groups. I have 15+ years of practice as a therapist working with both children and adults, families and couples. My specialty area is helping heal trauma, whether that be childhood, military and first responder, or sexual trauma. I also have extensive experience in anxiety and depression, attachment, adoption and LGBTQ+ issues among others. I have a Newfypoo therapy dog named Wilbur who loves to join sessions as well, if he's welcome, as a client preference.
