Children and teenagers often struggle to explain their feelings to adults, and even their peers, making it difficult to get the support they need. Adults sometimes feel that they need to have it all together and take care of everyone else. This often means not taking care of yourself. I will work with you to tackle the struggles you are facing to find peace and happiness.
I use a casual, down-to-earth approach to helping you navigate life's struggles. My philosophy uses a mixture of narrative and psychoanalytic therapies to get the root of the issues, and cognitive behavioral therapy to begin to make a change.
