I want to share your moments, learn your perspective, sort the details, and walk through your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Sessions are designed to facilitate healing through evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We will explore avenues of self-discovery and enhance social, physical, and emotional well-being. All feelings are valid; however, what is the rational of the feeling? Where did it originate from? You may find your emotions have deeper links. I offer a listening ear and empathetic understanding in a non-judgmental safe space.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar (I&II), and schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorders while also being trauma informed. I also work with issues such as anger, relationship issues, and life changes/adjustments.
I attended Tarleton State University where I found my passion for psychology. Neuroscience and Abnormal Psychology were my favorite subjects! After graduation, I was accepted into the Texas Tech Masters in Clinical Mental Health program. I graduated summa cum laude and have been on a mission ever since to destigmatize and educate others about mental health!
