Being part of a client’s support system is a big part of what drew me to therapy in the first place. When someone reaches that point where they’re ready to start healing, I love being able to show up with the kind of support that helps them move forward. I’m especially energized by clients who bring determination to the process. When someone is truly committed to making meaningful changes, that momentum can carry them through almost anything. There will always be days that feel easier than others, and moments when extra support is needed, but that steady determination is what really fuels lasting healing.
I utilize an integrative approach of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I'm able to support my clients in meeting their carefully-crafted goals by shifting and restructuring the mindset. By conscientiously utilizing therapy skills, clients can build up a defense against unhelpful thoughts.
I believe that healing is a gradual, intentional process. If you are ready to get started, reach out today. I look forward to working with you!
