I work with adolescents (age 14 and up) and adults and provide individual therapy services. I specialize in a variety of therapeutic areas including grief and loss, mood disorders, anxiety, suicide prevention, conflict resolution, PTSD and trauma, improving relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, women's issues (postpartum depression and anxiety, fertility/miscarriage issues), and stress management. I also work with first responders and veterans.
I use a multitude of treatment modalities from an array of theories to help guide you through the therapeutic process. These modalities include psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and EMDR.
I believe in the power of change. We will collaborate to develop the tools you need in order to make the changes you seek in your life. It is my hope that through therapeutic intervention you will feel empowered and find new ways of thinking, behaving, and feeling.
