I work with individuals, couples and families. I practice psychotherapy, which involves a range of treatments that can help with adjustment problems, emotional challenges and mental health issues. My overall intention is that of support, relief and to help one understand their feelings through talking and education resulting in an improved quality of life.
I have over 20 years of experience working with but not limited to individuals and families. I have also worked with caregivers, the elderly, adults and teens with mental health or social issues, Huntington’s Disease, families that have loved ones experiencing dementias, traumatic brain injuries and other neurological issues.
