Hi there! I am currently taking on new clients with in-person and telehealth availability. My office is located in North Dallas near NorthPark Center.
I work with teens (13+) and adults of all ages experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, family/relational struggles, and more. I focus on the importance of relationships, your unique identities, and building a connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions to align with your personal values.
My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for my clients to explore their authentic self, take risks, and build connections. I have experience and enjoy working with clients with diverse identities and backgrounds. It is my hope and belief that everyone who enters my therapy space will feel accepted and affirmed for who they are.
