So often, when we are in the messy and raw parts of life, it can be difficult to recognize our own strength. We may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or convinced that the hardest parts of our story define who we are.
Therapy with me is supportive, honest, and collaborative. I’ll meet you with compassion, but I’ll also challenge you when needed. Sometimes, moving forward means recognizing that resilience can exist right alongside the messy, raw, and very human parts of your story.
My role is to help you make sense of the mess without judging it. Together, we explore patterns, challenge beliefs that may no longer serve you, and create space for growth, healing, and a little more peace.
