You may have achieved external success, but internally you’re exhausted, on edge, or stuck in patterns you can’t think your way out of. Many of my clients are professionals in demanding roles in public service, law, healthcare, military, journalism, and nonprofit leadership who are deeply capable and quietly overwhelmed.
I provide depth-oriented trauma therapy for people who have tried talk therapy and need something that works at the nervous-system level.
My philosophy as a therapist is rooted in the belief that each client (and couple) holds the capacity for healing and growth within themselves. I follow your lead—listening deeply, honoring their pace, and respecting the wisdom of your lived experience. I, unfortunately, am not a healer but I am a resource, guide, and facilitator.
My sessions are client-centered and client-driven, focused on helping you find clarity, balance, and emotional wellbeing. I am not a healer, but I am an analyst and problem-solver. I help you understand and navigate your way through it — whatever “it” may be — with creative solutions and radical compassion. The best approach is the one that works for you.
