I am an experienced therapist with a compassionate, respectful approach to the growth of each person/family who enters psychotherapy. With over 20 years leading a full private practice of children, adolescents and adults, I have a deep understanding of developmental life stages, mood disorders, the effects of trauma, and the ways to psychological growth. I accompany each client in identifying painful issues and in creating a more generative life in an environment of curiosity, respect, and hope. In the interest of offering best care, I am committed to regular consultation and training with other professionals.

I am uniquely experienced in helping parents move forward through family, parenting and partner difficulties. I incorporate twenty years mindfulness practice into my work with clients. Girls' and women's development is a passionate cornerstone of my practice. As former elementary school educator and performing arts specialist I bring creative vitality to my teen groups.
