I am a highly experienced therapist with a compassionate and rigorous approach to the growth of each person/family who enters psychotherapy. With over 25 years leading a full private practice of children, adolescents and adults in private practice, schools, and agencies, I have a deep understanding of developmental life stages and cycles, mood disorders, anxiety and other effects of trauma, and the path toward psychological growth. I accompany each client in identifying painful issues and growing a more generative life in an environment of curiosity, respect, and hope.
I provide compassionate accompaniment and guidance toward greater self-understanding and personal understanding. In a safe, illuminating therapeutic relationship, tweens, teens, and adults experiencing interpersonal relationship, work, and school challenges, traumatic experiences or grief - can find greater freedom of choice and a more vital life.
