I work with clients who are grieving a variety of losses, from the loss of a loved one to death, to grief due to family estrangement, to divorce or the loss of a significant relationship. I use a variety of modalities in my practice because I see a variety of people with different needs and different ways of thinking. I find that grief work lends itself to a basic framework of existential therapy, given grief often causes us to examine our very existence and purpose in the world. CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness are also useful in building understanding and empathy for ourselves.

Peer Clinical Consultation Group

Maggie Sellars

This is a virtual, peer clinical consultation group that meets monthly on Mondays from 9-10:30 am, limited to 6 participants each month. The group is structured to maximize our time sharing cases we would like feedback and support on. But the goal is also to build community and (hopefully) really get to know one another. If you're interested in joining, let's connect for a brief call! Cost is $20, but we rotate facilitators each month and whoever facilitates keeps the fees that month.
