I believe that sustainable change is rooted in embodied healing. My approach is integrative, somatic, and trauma-informed. As a Certified Somatic Therapy Practitioner, I believe the body can hold onto what the mind hasn't fully put into words. My work moves beyond talk therapy to address the whole person — mind, body, and lived experience.
Sessions are collaborative, thoughtful, and shaped entirely around you. You'll feel seen, challenged, and supported, often in the same session.
