It is my top priority to offer a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for every client I serve. I provide a strengths-based, non-judgmental approach which will allow us to explore challenges together. I focus on assisting individuals navigating difficulties related to life adjustments and transitions, grief and loss, interpersonal issues, anxiety, depression, and substance use. I also work alongside couples and adult families in order to help resolve dysfunction and improve communication.
The purpose of therapy can look different for each client which is why I tailor my practice to the needs of those seeking services. I often pull from therapeutic modalities such as solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
I understand how overwhelming it can be to even consider sharing your life story and experiences with someone new, but it is my hope that we can collaboratively work together to create positive change while highlighting the strength and resilience you already possess.
