I help bright (and often highly sensitive and empathic) Millennial and Generation Z aged women to heal from early and past relational wounds; address anxiety, depression, trauma; and tend your nervous systems. I support you to build your vitality, embodiment, and authentic connection to yourself and loved ones. I believe in your innate wholeness and ability to connect with your own health and healing with compassionate, skillful support. I've been in the field for over 20 years and have been in private practice for over 10 years. In addition to individual therapy, I provide clinical supervision to CIIS students.
I integrate keen observational skills and a warm, relational approach with experiential, attachment and somatic-based approaches, as well as IFS-informed therapy and parts work. I completed the 3-year Somatic Experiencing training.
