About
We have all had times in our lives when we feel stuck, alone, disorganized and unbalanced. Pain is a natural part of our lives, it is a signal that something is not right. When despair become the norm, it is time to take action. I most often work with trauma, which I define as life experiences that change the way we see ourselves, our relationships and the world around us. I also work with all that can come with trauma conditions; including: anxiety, depression, trouble managing emotions or relationships.
I work to help my clients use the strengths they possess to aid in their healing. With EMDR, clients are able to free themselves from the habits, thoughts, and emotions that keep you stuck. Many therapies teach you to manage your symptoms, with EMDR we work to get rid of them. Many of my clients have done therapy for years before finding success with EMDR
We will not just talk about what you want to change, we will work to find solutions for you and begin putting them into practice-both in the office, and in your life. I approach each client with openness and curiosity. I am here to be hopeful for you.
