Are you overwhelmed at the thought of continuing with how things are? Are you feeling stuck and don't know what to do next? It can be unbearable to feel stuck while also knowing you want something in your life to change. I would be honored to walk beside you as you navigate these feelings.
I provide support for adults, adolescents, and children experiencing suicidal thoughts, depression, self-harming behaviors, and behavioral challenges. I help my clients navigate the shame and overwhelm they are experiencing and help lead them to self-compassion and understanding of the 'why' behind their feelings and behaviors.
Therapy with me is collaborative and individualized. We will work together to develop goals for your sessions, and I will pull from a variety of treatment modalities in order to develop a plan that will meet all of your needs. I believe in a client’s right to know and understand the why behind how I do therapy, so I always encourage questions and feedback.
