Are you feeling like life is too difficult? Are you overwhelmed at the thought of continuing with how things are? Are you unsure of what to do next and feel stuck? If so, we may be a good fit to work together. I provide support for adults, adolescents, and children experiencing suicidal thoughts, depression, self-harming behaviors, and behavioral difficulties. I help my clients navigate the shame and overwhelm they are experiencing and help lead them to self-compassion and understanding of the 'why' behind their feelings and behaviors.
Therapy with me is collaborative and individualized. We will work together to develop goals for your sessions, and I will pull from a variety of treatment modalities in order to develop a plan that will meet all of your needs. I believe in a client’s right to know and understand the why behind how I do therapy, so I always encourage questions and feedback.
