The world is a CRAZY place! I specialize in working with folks 11 and up with all sorts of mental health concerns, from depression and anxiety to trauma and complex family issues. I specialize in eating disorders and have a passion of helping clients navigate the complexity of recovery and relapse throughout the course of time. Whether you are at the beginning of your journey or smack dab in the middle, I would be happy to help guide you wherever you are wanting to go. I currently own Wholehearted Healing and if I am unable to help you, I can usually find an amazing provider in house that can help!
I am Dr. of Marriage and Family Therapy with a License in Clinical Professional Counseling. I have worked in all levels of care at a renowned eating disorder treatment facility- from group facilitator, to lead therapist, to clinical manager, as well as director. I have worked in both adolescent residential facilities, as well as outpatient adult facilities.
I know what it is like to finally feel brave enough to 'do the google' search and reach out, only to go 'unanswered'. I will always respond quickly, even if I am unable to help. If I am not the right fit, keep searching! Ultimately, I just want everyone to find someone they feel comfortable with!
