I believe we are all perfect, and life events interrupt our belief of that. We can heal this belief through exploration and understanding.
I have a trauma specialization and further training in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Exposure Therapy. I have researched attachment theory based therapies and believe that work can be healing. My directness often creates quick results and relief. I am trained in ontological coaching by Newfield Network and Landmark Worldwide.
