My approach blends creativity and deep care with evidence-based practices, including Synergetic Play Therapy, attachment- and trauma-informed work, DBT, IFS, and ACT. I emphasize nervous system awareness and regulation, helping clients build resilience, self-trust, and a sense of safety within themselves. I love helping clients find relationships in nature.
