It is my mission is to help individuals unlock their full potential across all areas of life: career, relationships, and emotional well-being. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, geo-political stress, and that very human experience of feeling “stuck.” My approach is goal-oriented and client-centered, drawing from a variety of talk therapy modalities and specialized modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Psychedelic/Ketamine Therapy.

With over 12 years of clinical experience, I aim to create a supportive and warm space for anyone seeking growth, healing, or career guidance. My work goes beyond simply discussing problems or emotions. I strive to uncover the deeper “why” behind patterns and beliefs. Together, we explore your past, understand your present, and shape a meaningful future.
