Whether addressing anxiety, behavioral issues, or transitions, my goal is to support each child in discovering their voice and developing healthy coping skills. I am a pre-licensed therapist deeply passionate about working with children, I believe that ever child deserves a safe space to express themselves and explore their emotions. I love helping children understand their unique world. Currently, I am pursuing a certification in play therapy, which allows me to utilize creative and engaging techniques to facilitate healing and growth.

I ask that the first session only be you so that we can talk openly and honestly about your child and their needs. I like to have both you and your child present for the first five to ten minutes for the second session to help ease your child's transition into therapy.
