My work is grounded in a client-centered approach, while drawing from Gottman Method strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet each client’s unique needs.
I offer evening sessions during the work week to help clients balance their professional responsibilities while receiving the mental health support they need. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental environment and meet each person exactly where they are in their journey.
