My primary focus includes meeting people where they are on their personal journey and helping them to better understand themselves, work through unresolved issues, and increase their quality of life. Together we can work on overcoming life’s challenges. Everyone’s story is unique and deserves to be heard. My goal is to create a safe, open, and nonjudgmental atmosphere where we can work together on your unique challenges.
I strive to provide a safe and warm atmosphere for individuals and couples to empower them to live a more fulfilling life. One size does not fit all. I will tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual’s needs in order to ensure they feel heard, understood, and are better able to identify and resolve their personal challenges.
I currently offer evening sessions during the work week so that client are able to balance work while getting the mental health support they need.
