I'm not currently taking new clients. If you're dealing with intense emotions, feelings of abandonment, unstable relationships, impulsivity and possibly self-damaging behaviors, difficulties in controlling anger, feelings of emptiness, moodiness, stress, paranoia, and even suicidal ideation - I can help. I help clients every day who have a history of trauma and who really struggled to deal with other people and with communicating effectively. I help those who are really in need of making life changes and those who are just in search of understanding. I help couples who want to strengthen their relationships. I can help you.

I specialize in helping people work through trauma, communicate more effectively, and use hypnosis to be successful. Therapies include: client-centered, holistic, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral (CBT), solution-focused, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), heart rate variability (HRV), regression (including past life regressions), & behavioral.

I started with my internship in the Naval Hospital on Okinawa, Japan, worked in North Carolina over 10 years now, and moved to Alabama in late 2018! I'm excited to be affiliated with The Balanced Life, LLC in Madison (thebalancedlifellc.com), however I am currently NOT accepting new clients until mid to late 2024. Thank you for understanding!

Hypnosis is becoming more widely used these days due to research in the field of neuroscience showing its many uses and benefits. You do not need any special degree in order to get this certification. February 1-4, 2019 March 1-3, 2019 RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA (146 Wind Chime Court). After completion, you will be CERTIFIED through NGH and receive a full year's membership! All materials, workbooks, test and certificate fees are included in the cost of this course.
