In our work together, we address anxiety and depression, OCD, and/or other mental health concerns through introspection & outward action. We work together in developing insight & creative exploration of self while taking actionable steps to rebuild trust in yourself. I am dedicated to working with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, scrupulosity, depression, & mood disorders. I work with women through all stages of motherhood and fertility concerns, and I provide EMDR for anxiety and trauma. I am a Catholic practitioner working with clients from many faith backgrounds and can provide faith-based counseling.
