I am an experienced licensed professional counselor who has obtained an MA in Counseling Psychology with a Trauma Focus. Therapy is a personal journey that takes courage to begin. I am here to help you take that first step. I offer personalized online therapy and can help you to overcome your obstacles, reach your goals, create healthy coping tools, process your trauma, and provide a safe space for healing.
I combine my understanding, education, and life experiences with a person centered approach to help clients heal from past traumas, navigate through grief and loss, and cope with the everyday stress.
Our first sessions will be a get to know each other session. This will be a safe space for you to ask any questions you may have. It will also be an intake process where I will be able to gain knowledge about your background, identify goals, and use psychoeducation to explain how and what techniques we will use to work on those go
I provide a personal experience where it feels like talking to a friend and through our talks I will be using therapy techniques, that you may not notice, to help the work we do feel more natural.
