I specialize in working with children, teens and young adults who struggle with low self esteem, behavioral and school related issues, life transitions, struggles with maintaining healthy boundaries, and experience overwhelming thoughts that interfere with day to day activities.
I use a person-centered and solution focused approach when working with clients. It is my goal to help you discover and amplify your strengths. I will equip you with the tools to help you believe in yourself again. I help clients take ownership of their lives in a way that empowers them to replace old ways of being with a re-framed healthy mindset.
