I help driven, caring women who feel both "too much" and "not enough" at the same time break free from all the ways they "should" be and reconnect to who they actually are, in a way that balances their lives and reduces their burnout. Together we'll tackle family and relationship issues, how you care for yourself, reducing your anxiety, and more.

Through a combination of humor, compassion, and evidence-based skills, I help my clients practice setting healthy boundaries, re-align with what matters most to them, and start taking better care of themselves. My passion is caring for and empowering women to embrace themselves and live more freely. My approach is trauma-informed.
